Palm Court Retreat is a detached family home that has been built to high standards and is superbly maintained. The home offers well-appointed and spacious accommodation for up to 8 people and provides an excellent base for your Central Florida vacation.
The villa is ideally located for the many theme parks, shopping malls and restaurants. You will be at the centre of everything but also away from it all when you just want to relax. View Villa Details for a full description of all of the accommodation but here are some highlights:
- Very spacious open plan living areas all on one level and with high vaulted ceilings throughout the centre of the villa. At 2,100 square feet our villa is larger then many other 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villas in Kissimmee
- Large room sized 'lanai' leading onto an extended 40 ft by 20 ft decking area with private swimming pool and spa. The outside area is fully enclosed by a screen to keep away the bugs. Just perfect for relaxing after long days in the theme parks or bargain shopping expeditions!
- Beautiful entrance way through double glass doors and a glazed archway through which natural light floods into the open plan living area making it always feel light, spacious and airy.
- Living area which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchen ‘nook’ for informal dining, a more formal dining area and a large family living room.
- Four lovely bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 2 spacious twin bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs, the master suites have DVDs too.
